In this article I want to focus more about how changing our habits can reduce the risk of endocine disruptors accumulation.
1. If you must use canned food, rinse them with running water before cooking to reduce disphenol A(BPA) intake. If there are leftovers, store them is the glass containers.
2. If you are hand lotion lovers, try not to touch receipts. BPA is absorbed at 58% higher compared to touching the receipts with bare hands due to oil. Try not to hold on the the receipts or parking tickets for long time and NEVER hold them with your lips!
3. Avoid drinking hot canned beverages.
4. If you must use plastic products, avoid 1,3,5 and 7 at all cost.
2, 4 and 5 are relatively safer choices but never use any of the plastic containers with hot water!

5. When barbecuing, wear long sleeved shirts and put on a mask to avoid benzopyrene.
6. Daikon radish and green onions are really good foods for removing endocrine disruptors accumulated in our system. Remember to enjoy the radio skin on.
7. Bean sprouts and brown rice are rich in amino acids and asparagine a important carrier of residual ammonia to be eliminated from the body.
8. Seaweed and kelp are good source of fiber and arginine.
9. Endocrine disruptors are deposited in our fat cells. Stay fit with regular aerobic exercises and excrete the toxins out of our system.
